KLANGKELLER

KLANGKELLER is a performance and exhibition space for art, music and theory. It works on the basis that experimentation and spontaneity are crucial for a living and reflective art practice to survive. Each KLANGKELLER night has 3 presentation/performance slots (45mins, 20mins and 5mins) which members of the changing KLANGKELLER family can reserve directly 1 month, 1 week or 1 day in advance.

KLANGKELLER events take place at Kastanienallee 77 (Prenzlauerberg, Berlin) in the keller or the kino.

Confindustrial Sinfonietta
45 minutes
The Confindustrial Sinfonietta has been born around a few years ago, with the purpose to create based on the music of Futurism and its descendents, from contemporary music to noise, from ambient to industrial. With the slow flow of time, its a-synchronous production moved towards the blurred representation of noisy soundscape, whose roots are ideally connected to the futurist manifesto “The art of noise” (“L'arte dei rumori”, L.Russolo, 1913). Contemporary music tracks, early 1900's recordings, natural and industrial field recordings, drone-music and electronic intrusions, reverse playing, extracts from rallies and speeches, sonic interferences and random noises… overlapped and crossed, like the metamorphic phases of a rock mass, create these “futurist phono-schists”. Something that goes past the human limit of listenability. The Confindustrial Sinfonietta is ad indefinite number of tape, played with a few decks, with different form, age and brand. It is one of the first sonic expressions of the Brown Bloc, a regiment of creative laziness: an existential choice that brings to the constant attempt to awake the “inner sofa” of every listener. confindustrial.noblogs.org/sinfonietta mixcloud.com/confindustrial/ confindustrial.bandcamp.com facebook.com/confindustrial.sinfonietta * Video live set, february 2018 http://www.ursss.com/2018/03/confindustrial-sinfonietta/ * Audio live set 14.07.017: https://www.mixcloud.com/confindustrial/tana-live-per-ctrl-al-leoncavallo-1407017/ * Audio live set, 18.02.016: https://www.mixcloud.com/confindustrial/piano-terra-sessions-n0/
